Lumora Talent Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to our clients. This position is open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in primary care or a specialized field.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
  • Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
  • Provide counseling and support to patients for lifestyle modifications and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and guidelines
Requirements
  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence‑based practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as needed
