We are looking for an experienced Insulation Lead Technician to lead a crew of 2–3 installers while driving a company box truck to and from job sites. This is a working lead position — you will be hands‑on with installations while supervising your team to ensure jobs are completed safely and to company standards.

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 insulation installers
• Install batt and blown‑in insulation materials
• Drive company box truck to and from job sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain safety compliance at all times
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate job progress and any issues with management
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites, truck, and equipment

• Proven insulation installation experience
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving a box truck
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
