Oliver James is searching for a skilled SEC Reporting Manager/Sr. Manager in Dallas, Texas. This high-visibility role will involve supporting the SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function, reporting directly to the VP of SEC Reporting and collaborating closely with the CFO.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of SEC Reporting experience, leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX 404. A CPA designation is preferred.
