PHP provides part-time or fulltime opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate.

PHP is headquartered at Fountain Place in downtown Dallas. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing a high level of office support for our customers by receiving, reviewing, filing, and submitting applications and other various types of paperwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Compiles and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. Compares data entered with data from the documents to ensure accuracy. Takes necessary action to ensure the data submitted is complete and accurate.

* Works with agents and marketers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing policy status

* Enters data from documents into computer following formats displayed on screen

* Keeps record of work completed, transmit entered information into database files or routes documents after entry

* Reaches out to carriers to resolve inconsistencies or missing policy status

* Train & coach temporary staff during peak season

* Review submitted applications to provide quality controls and submit corrections to the carrier

* Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.

Skills & Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 0-2 years of experience in administrative roles, the insurance industry, or a similar field

* Demonstrates sound judgment and includes appropriate team members in decision-making.

* Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times.

* Delivers prompt and effective customer service with strong communication skills.

* Ensures accuracy and thoroughness when analyzing applications to produce quality results.

* Consistently follows organizational policies, completes tasks on time, and maintains confidentiality.
