Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dallas, TX for a Construction Estimator. The role involves preparing accurate quantity take‑offs, developing project cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure successful project planning. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams is a vital part of this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Estimating, including creating accurate and detailed project cost estimates
- Strong Quantity Take‑offs and Cost Management skills
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial analysis to control and manage project expenses
- Effective Communication skills to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare facility construction is a plus
