Job Description

We look for seasoned leaders who can deliver complex MEP scopes safely, on time, on budget, and to specification across large construction sites in aviation, sports, higher education and datacenters.

Job Duties:

* Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers.

* Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.

* Develops, modifies, executes company polices that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.

* Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

* Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

* Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

* Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.ps; communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* BS Engineering, Construction Management and 10 years of relevant MEP experience or AS/AA and 12 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 14 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 10 years of experience in construction focusing on MEP systems.

* Several years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and contractors on complex construction builds.

* Experience in:

* aviation/airport

* mission critical/datacenter

* sports/arena

* higher education

* Successful track record of delivering through the full project lifecycle (pre-con, procurement, construction, testing/commissioning, turnover) on multi-million-dollar programs.

* Strong stakeholder management, planning, negotiation, and concise executive reporting.

* Microsoft Office proficiency

Physical Demands:

Construction field positions require physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to climb ladders and stairs, use personnel hoists, and move through various terrain and active construction zones.
