Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year. Sign‑On Bonus available. Full Corporate Relocation Package offered.

• Optimize field operations to increase production, reduce costs, and improve asset performance
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement efficiency improvements across wells and facilities
• Partner with field teams, operations, and leadership to execute production strategies
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend engineering solutions
• Support capital projects, workovers, and facility upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, and emissions reduction

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related)
• 2–4+ years of experience in oil & gas operations, production, or field engineering
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with production data, well performance, and field optimization
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with field personnel and leadership
• Hands‑on mindset with a desire to own outcomes rather than just analyze them
