Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Land Surveyor role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, land surveys, and building surveys. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include utilizing total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments to collect precise measurements, preparing accurate field notes and survey reports, and ensuring projects meet relevant legal and technical standards. The Land Surveyor will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality results.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and related methodologies
  • Skilled in operating Total Stations and other advanced surveying tools
  • Experience in Building Surveying and general Surveying principles
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to accuracy
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards relevant to land and property surveys
  • Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑disciplinary teams
  • Preferred:
    Familiarity with GIS software, AutoCAD, or similar tools
  • Experience with Leica survey equipment, ie Scanners and total stations.
