Regional Finance Director

The Regional Finance Leader will serve as the primary finance business partner to a Regional Vice President, with full accountability for financial performance across a growing region expected to scale meaningfully through M&A and organic expansion. This individual will operate as the senior finance leader for the region within a project‑driven environment, owning forecasting, WIP oversight, margin performance, and executive reporting.

The role carries significant visibility with senior leadership and meaningful involvement in acquisition diligence and integration.

• Serve as financial owner of the region, supporting revenue forecasting, margin discipline, and cost control.
• Partner closely with operations leaders to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide commercial insight to enable disciplined growth.

• Lead WIP reviews and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Oversee EAC, contract value assessments, and true cost‑to‑cost revenue recognition.
• Use under billing and job‑level data as leading indicators of performance.

• Prepare Management Operating Review materials for executive leadership.
• Deliver concise variance analysis connecting financial results to operational drivers.
• Leverage Net Suite and Power BI reporting frameworks.

• Support financial diligence and working capital analysis.
• Assist in post‑acquisition integration to ensure financial consistency and control.
• Build and lead a regional finance team.
• Establish scalable processes to support increasing regional complexity.

• 10+ years progressive finance experience in project‑based environments.
• Strong WIP, job costing, and forecasting experience required.
• Exposure to M&A in growth‑oriented organizations.
• Experience in construction, specialty contracting, or field‑driven services preferred.
• Strong systems aptitude (Net Suite and Power BI preferred).
