Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Execution Services Team, integrating clients with Apex’s leading multi-asset trading solutions. In this critical role, the associate will assist in implementing end-to-end, tailored routing and execution solutions within Apex’s trading environment, ensuring a seamless and efficient trading experience based on each client’s business model. In addition to client configuration and onboarding, this role also involves working closely with vendors, creating and maintaining specifications and connectivity databases, and serving as a subject matter expert for Execution Services when collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities- Support onboarding connectivity, FIX certification, and routing integration processes for clients, executing brokers, and liquidity venues.
- Assist with directing testing protocols and the promotion of updates and workflows to production environments.
- Along with senior members of the team, help resolve high-level issues related to connectivity and trading system functionality.
- Field client inquiries, maintain clear and proactive communication, and escalate more complex matters to senior staff as needed.
- Develop relationships with vendor platforms and coordinate with internal trading technology and product teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of technical specifications and connectivity databases.
- Contribute to and identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and services, including utilizing firm-approved AI tools and data analysis tools to realize efficiencies.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or financial technology.
- Background in FIX connectivity/certification, trading systems, client service, or client integration. Strong adjacent experience with clear, hands-on results will be considered.
- Familiarity with execution methods and trading workflow from order origination through settlement.
- Understanding of market microstructure, trading protocols (FIX), and regulatory requirements a plus.
- Curious, eager to learn, and possesses a desire to develop expertise in Trading and Execution Services.
- AI fluency and solid data analysis skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data.
- Client-focused mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
