Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client, one of the fastest-growing RIAs in North Texas, is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys working directly with clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and serving as a trusted resource for high-net-worth individuals and families.

This is a relationship-focused advisory role supporting an established book of business. Advisors will work closely with existing clients, helping them navigate retirement planning, investment management, tax-efficient strategies, estate planning coordination, and overall wealth management needs.

No transferable book of business is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary advisor for an existing book of client relationships
  • Conduct client review meetings and ongoing planning discussions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
  • Provide guidance on retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
  • Collaborate with internal planning, investment, and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and enhance client outcomes
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience while helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals
Experience & Credentials
  • 3-5+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience
  • Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 required
  • CFP designation preferred but not required—client will offer help with this process
  • Strong financial planning and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
What Sets This Opportunity Apart
  • Established Client Relationships: step into a role where you will be working with existing clients rather than building a book from scratch.
  • Planning-Focused Environment: work alongside a team that emphasizes comprehensive financial planning and long-term client outcomes.
  • High-Net-Worth Client Exposure: support sophisticated clients with complex planning needs and multi-faceted wealth management strategies.
  • Collaborative Culture: partner with experienced advisors, planners, and operations professionals in a team-oriented environment.
  • Growth & Advancement: opportunity to continue growing as a lead advisor while expanding your expertise across planning, investments, and relationship management.
  • Incentive compensation opportunities
  • Professional development and CFP support
  • Long-term career growth within a rapidly growing RIA
