2020 Companies has partnered with Dell to hire a Remote Retail Operations Manager for our Dell Campus sales team! Job Profile SummaryThe Operations Manager will assist in a supervisory role with a wide variety of client service processes, report generation, data analytics, billing functions, invoice audit and prep, payroll prep, software management, and gap analysis under the direction of the Director. Job Description:Oversee day to day operations including, but not limited to, client initiatives, payroll prep, activity reporting, and client-issue resolutionProvide insight and analysis regarding program performance and identify opportunities for continued improvementDevelopment of client-facing field team activity reporting/dashboards in Power BIPreparing, validating and auditing client specific payrollReport generation/analysis of system management reports, to include payroll interface report with payroll systemSystem set up for new clients and providersDelivering reports to department heads, management teams and director to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organizationSWAG & asset management Work collaboratively with the program Director and client account team to develop account plans and strategiesWork with managers to assist in the development and maintenance of infrastructure for new and existing accountsEnsure accurate updates of information as requested by sales team in applicable reporting systemsCourteously provide problem resolution to internal customers and field associate calls for escalated matters; submit for research when necessaryProvide excellent customer service by facilitating and/or providing informal and formal training and feedback to internal customersCompose verbal and/or written correspondence to internal and external customersPerform all other duties as assignedMethodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functionsCreate reports for business expense, financial records and auditsPerformance Measurements:Ensure reporting compliance, timeliness and accuracyEnsure execution of all client-specific initiatives meet requirements and deadline Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance OR5 years of relevant experience in 3PL, Billing Controls, or Retail OperationsStrong operations, project management, Financial AcumenAny similar combination of education and experienceOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasksSuperior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the clientStrong verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent judgment and issue-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands and changing prioritiesAdvanced/expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Power BI and Outlook) Duties and Responsibilities Job Description:Consolidate all project manager schedules; deliver schedules to (and work with) the Information Services department to monitor overall project progressManage the (Shared Services) Operations Coordinator & Quality Control teamsDevelop processes to monitor all related projects or functions for the client and report status on a reoccurring basis to allow the company and clients to gauge effectivenessPresent plans to management based on the analysis to prepare the company for future projects and the changing organizationBe part of a team that redesigns workflow to better utilize resourcesDevelop and maintain effective business and personal relationships with all clients and management especially between client representatives, and company servicesPrepare budgets, periodic status reports, personnel reviews and other management reports as requestedManage a staff of in-house employees and consultants.
