Base Pay: $17 per hour + $1 Shift Differential

Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 6PM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed.

Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem‑solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Assemble windows and doors using hand tools and manufacturing equipment, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards.
• Quality control and packaging of finished products.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Work in a non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment.
• Perform heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, turn, twist, push, and talk or hear as required.
• Work in plant temperatures ranging from 60° to 110°.
• Use protective eyewear and hearing protection; additional safety equipment may include gloves, aprons, and arm guards.
• Lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Stand on concrete surfaces for duration of shift.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Minimum of 12 months in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.

• Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities safely in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals.
• Use personal protective equipment as applicable and immediately report unsafe working conditions.
• Comply with all legislative requirements as outlined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily; requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
