Position: Unarmed Licensed Mall Security Officers - Dallas and Surrounding Areas

Retail Mall Licensed Security Officer (Dallas)

Positions available as full‑time, part‑time, and flex. Prior retail mall security experience is a plus. Flex schedule availability is required.

Location

Arlington and East locations.

Pay

$15.61 - $16.50 per hour.

Schedule

Arlington:
Friday & Saturday 1:30 pm–9:30 pm
Arlington:
Friday & Saturday 1:30 pm–9:30 pm;
Sunday & Monday 11 pm–7 am
East:
Thursday–Monday 2 pm–10 pm
East:
Friday–Tuesday 4 pm–12 am (midnight)
Frisco: 8 am–4 pm
Arlington: 4 pm–midnight

Physical Requirements

Will require crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time; use of mall security vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right‑of‑way to identify potential safety and security risks.
Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, and possession of prohibited items.
Other duties to be determined by management.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Valid Texas Level II security guard license.
Minimum of one year of security experience.
Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
