Job Description

Join the customer support team for this fast-growing, cutting edge, wireless security company.


  • Assist customers in creating their accounts and on-boarding new users
  • Show customers how to use our web portal
  • Assist customers with installation and use of smart phone applications
  • Conduct basic trouble shooting steps to identify the cause of the system not functioning properly and implement corrective actions, escalating to tier 2 when needed
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone
  • Track customer issues and resolutions


  • Previous experience in customer service required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Previous call-center experience is required
  • Comfortable in dealing with various technologies
  • Experience with SalesForce is strong plus
  • Knowledge of access control systems is a strong plus
