Operations Support Associate

The Operations Support Associate plays a critical role in maintaining efficient, uninterrupted workflow across the warehouse. This position ensures pack stations remain fully stocked, operational areas stay clean and organized, and materials are readily available to support order fulfillment. • This role is located at the TX Distribution Center (180 North Freeport Parkway, Suite 100, Coppell, TX 75019)
• Shift: Monday–Friday: 11:30am‑8:00pm
• Starting Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Remove cardboard and waste to maintain clean and safe work spaces
• Build and replenish shipping boxes at pack stations
• Restock packing and shipping materials
• Keep operational areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Support pack stations and other warehouse areas as needed
• Assist with basic projects and general warehouse tasks
• Help ensure smooth workflow to support daily order fulfillment goals

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Hustle and tireless work ethic
• Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time
• Be innovative, and think on the fly
