Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity while supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Champion a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and sustain preventive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Implement and continuously improve maintenance systems and processes to optimize operational performance.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption to operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build technical capability, ownership, and accountability within the team.
- Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system effectively for maintenance planning, asset reliability, and resource management.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
- Exposure to diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record of improving maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
- Exposure to ERP and/or EAM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross functional organization.
- Ability to lead teams through change, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results in equipment reliability and safety.
- Exposure to mentoring others, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of accountability.
- A track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions that reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
