Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee all inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse processes. The role involves supervising inventory activities, coordinating with procurement and operations teams, and maintaining systematic records to support smooth supply chain operations.

• Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch.

• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems in real time.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support material planning.

• Implement and improve inventory control processes and warehouse organization.

• Prepare inventory reports and support audits as required.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational procedures.

• Train and guide warehouse/inventory staff on best practices.

• 3-5 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical field.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

• Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management software.
