We are looking for a motivated and strategic Software Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our software solutions in the print and mail industry. In this role, you will connect market needs, customer requirements, and our engineering teams to create innovative products that improve and simplify print and mail operations. This position will also play a crucial role in shifting from traditional server-based enterprise solutions to cloud-based SaaS, incorporating AI components where they add value.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the product roadmap for print and mail software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from clients, market research, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, market-leading products.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on advancements in print and mail technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for print and mail workflows, automation, and compliance.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and clearly communicate requirements to development teams.
- Manage product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies, industry events, training, and documentation.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Explore new growth opportunities in the mail production industry and related adjacent markets.
EAST COAST HOURS 9am - 5pm EST
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software product or project management with proven success managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Experience with enterprise-level print software, automation systems, or workflow solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment where priorities can change frequently.
- Deep understanding of print and mail workflows, technologies, and customer challenges.
- Knowledge of postal regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in managing vendors and partners with the ability to build and sustain industry relationships.
- Ability to analyze customer data and analytics to solve problems and guide product decisions
- A creative thinker with a curious nature and a mindset to challenge the status quo.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
