Danbury, CT (Commutable from Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, White Plains, Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, and surrounding Fairfield County / Westchester County areas)
Are you a Quality Engineer looking for a clear route into management within a global, fast-growing manufacturing business?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a lean, high-autonomy environment where your progression into a leadership role is actively planned and supported.
This is a newly created position due to expansion within a global organization specializing in highly specific products, utilized in a variety of industries.
You'll be joining a highly technical, close-knit team where quality is central to both product performance and customer relationships.
The Role:
- Take ownership of customer quality requirements across manufacturing and production
- Lead product testing and support root cause / corrective action activities
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement
- Background in Quality within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in electronics or aerospace industries preferred (not essential)
- Strong communicator with a proactive, leadership mindset and desire to progress
