Overview
The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Hill is looking for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.
Responsibilities- Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that meets the patient’s individual needs and improves their quality of life.
- Observe, assess and document progress in a timely manner, while communicating effectively with the therapy team, patient and family.
- Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
- Be part of a cohesive group and participate in team decisions.
- Active state COTA license is required.
