Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:00 PM – 06:30 PM
• Tue: 03:30 PM – 07:30 PM
• Wed: 01:00 PM – 06:30 PM
• Thur: 01:00 PM – 06:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, document routine and unusual events, and assist with directions and general information as needed.
• Support a respectful environment by using de‑escalation techniques when appropriate and following post orders related to resident interactions, guest access, and after‑hours activity.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
