Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a Permanent role for a Large Commercial project in Danvers, MA. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!

Job Responsibilities:- Operate Heavy Equipment(Excavator, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.)
- Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects
- Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- 5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)
- Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification(preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
- $35-38/hr
