New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) – $20,000 Sign‑on Bonus Eligible.
About the RoleAs a New Graduate RN at Sovah Health – Danville (part of Lifepoint Health), you will be supported through a 12‑month Nurse Residency Program. The program includes paid participation, flexible self‑paced modules, preceptor support, exposure to key topics (patient safety, communication, healthcare business, change management), and a capstone project focused on evidence‑based practice.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify patient needs, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
- Adapt and manage time in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing patient care.
- Show curiosity and willingness to learn, asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.
- Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- RN licensure.
- BCLS certification.
3 × 12‑hour shifts:
Days (7a‑7p) and Nights (7a‑7p) every other weekend.
