a.To ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) Targets are met within planned time, cost and quality norms by ensuring effective utilization of the allocated resources.
b.To ensure the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes.
c.Responsible for process deliverable as per agreed SLA's and quality.
d.Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers;
e.Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
f.To track & ensure closure of complaints.
g.Plan for Raw material
h.Order Management
i.Sales Performance reporting and analysis
j.Analyse Customer Satisfaction Level and follow up on actions for improvements
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   9 to 10 Years work experience
Industry: Manufacturing
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
