SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

The OrlandoBowlingHouse team is a 5-star themed vacation rental leader in Orlando, FL.

We are seeking to hire a self-motivated Customer Service Associate with excellent inter-personal skills. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests such as, e.g., checking in guests (after 4 pm), responding to guests’ text messages promptly (within minutes) during business and after hours, and interacting with guests face-to-face during their stay (as needed) to address any questions or technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Meet with guests at check in (~4 pm) and meet with guests at the properties after hours if needed
Provide guests information about the properties and services provided
Handle customer inquiries and any complaints
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues and concerns during the guests’ stay

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred
Ability to interface with guests after hours (especially 4 pm to 10 pm)
Ability to build rapport with guests and their families
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to think quickly and diffuse inter-personal conflict (if any)
Positive and professional demeanor at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
