Position: Global Service Desk Experience Leader — AI-Driven ServiceNow

The role focuses on improving the support experience through leadership, analytics, and application of AI and automation. The position requires a bachelor's degree and significant experience in IT Service Management and vendor management, plus strong leadership and analytical skills.

This role is fully onsite in Davidson, NC.
