We Offer- $20+ per hour

40+ hours/week -- Monday - Friday -- Normally scheduled 8 hours/day between 7:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on business need.
Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
- Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
- Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
- Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
- Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
- Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
- Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
- Process warranty claims
- General cleaning & showroom upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer Service experience required
- Sales experience is preferred
- Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus
- Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system
- High school diploma or GED completion is required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting up to 100 lbs
