- Setting production machinery for acceptable production processes and obtaining run approval.
- Ability to edit and interpret G and M Code.
- Ability to prove out programs and set ups.
- Ability to run 5 axis CNC Mills/ Lathes.
- Analyze machine, tool, and program issues and make basic repairs, as well as handling minor routine maintenance.
- Perform repetitive and custom work utilizing fixtures, machine stops, indexing devices, to control critical tolerances and dimensions.
- Assure conformance to quality specifications using a variety of gages and indicators.
- Effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.
- Meet production quantity and quality standards.
- Ensure safety guards and personal protective equipment are in place at all times.
- Follow and enforce work Instructions, procedures, and company policies.
- Thorough knowledge of specific department equipment and their processes.
- Able to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
- Able to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes to take appropriate action.
- Must meet DOD eligibility requirements.
- Minimum 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
$25.00 - $35.00 Hourly Wage
