Data Scientist

Radiance Technologies, an employee‑owned company based in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a skilled analyst to join the Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) team. The role supports various missions for AFRL, NASIC, and the Intelligence Community.

• Compose analysis plans detailing what is analyzed and how.
• Build and validate models across multiple scenarios.
• Develop and execute Designs of Experiment (DOE).
• Analyze experiment output and generate presentations and reports.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance (minimum SECRET collateral clearance).
• Minimum 4 years of analytical experience, including at least 2 years in Python.
• Experience with descriptive statistics, correlation, ANOVA, optimization.
• Preferred: DOE‑based analysis plans, uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, meta‑model development.
• Experience with statistical software (JMP, MATLAB) and DOE tools (Dakota, PIANO, HAL).
• Experience with MS&A tools (AFSIM, NGTS, ITASE).
• Familiarity with DoD security practices.
