Our client, a leading organization in the retail and facility management industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/R Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to uphold facility standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, demonstrating technical proficiency and multi‑skilled capabilities.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management, update work status in real‑time, and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarket refrigeration.
• Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform call‑in work and other duties as required.
• Ability to study and familiarize oneself with various equipment and operational methods.
