U‑Haul’s fleet of trucks and trailers requires skilled maintenance. In this role, you will maintain vehicle performance using proprietary technology, ensuring the fleet meets high standards.

• Repair equipment using appropriate tools to meet U‑Haul standards.
• Follow work‑order directions and complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose operating errors and decide on corrective action.
• Communicate issues professionally in positive or negative situations.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of U‑Haul equipment through continued education.
• Assist in additional maintenance areas as directed by supervisor.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of automotive and trailer mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require safety precautions, such as protection against moving parts, fumes, and chemicals. Protective clothing may be required.

Work includes standing or moving for long periods, traveling between areas, and lifting or moving up to 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted.
