** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort environment.

+ Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through proper channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and activity across the location, assisting with visitor interactions, directional support, and policy awareness while maintaining a courteous presence.

+ Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site leadership and/or local responders when needed, helping to address security-related matters in line with post responsibilities.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
