• GEC (Global Electronic Commerce) Hub is an enterprise-level Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution.
• You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the global data exchange services that we provide.
• This role is designed for a technical expert with specialization in Axway's B2
  
  Bi integration suite.

• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use‑cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user‑centric software solutions.
• Partner Onboarding and Support:
  Design, develop, and implement robust end‑to‑end integration workflows between and its global partner ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security, and data integrity.
• Provide on‑call support.

• 4+ years of EDI onboarding experience in Axway B2
  
  Bi tool using SFTP, OFTP2, AS2, ALE, Web Service, and other supported communication protocols.
• 4+ years of EDI mapping experience in Axway Mapping Services including ANSI X12, CIF, VDA, EDIFACT, and other standard formats.
• 2+ years of experience with MBC, Inline code, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series, and Cass.
• Business and technical analytical skills with excellent communication skills.
