We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our established Pediatric & Adolescent Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while providing high-quality care to children and adolescents.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, family-oriented practice with an established patient base and collaborative clinical team.
ScheduleMonday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No Saturday clinic from the second week of May through September
Qualifications- Current and active RN and NP license in the State of Georgia
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification through AANP, ANCC, or equivalent accredited organization
- Current CPR and BLS or PALS certification required
- Minimum of 6 months Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience required
- Candidates must already be licensed and credentialed to practice in Georgia
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Experience with electronic medical records and e-prescribing systems preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric and adolescent patients
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to established clinical guidelines
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
