Randstad is looking for a Receptionist/Greeter to work for a reputable client in the Margate/Coconut Creek area. This is a contract position. If you are seeking work and have a customer service background, this may be a position for you.

The work schedule for this position will be as follows:

  • Sunday - off
  • Monday - off
  • Tuesday - 12:00pm-8:00pm
  • Wednesday - 12:00pm-8:00pm
  • Thursday - 12:00pm-8:00pm
  • Friday - 12:00pm-8:00pm
  • Saturday - 12:00am-8:00pm
  • Schedule may vary

Our client is looking for someone personable and reliable that is willing to start IMMEDIATELY. This position will pay $18/hr interview, drug screen and background check are required prior to starting.

Compensation
: $18 - $18.01 per hour,

Work hours:

12 PM - 8 PM, Education requirement:
High School.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for sales staff and customer consultations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area.
  • Provide general information about dealership services and promotions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
