Your role at Baxter
As the Manager of Analytics & Insights, you will play a key role in elevating data visibility, commercial insights, and strategic decision‑making across Baxter’s sales and marketing organizations. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales Management, Marketing, IT, and Business Operations teams to develop analytics, dashboards, market intelligence, and customer‑targeting tools that drive commercial excellence.
What you’ll be doing- Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools that increase visibility to data and drive commercial excellence for sales and marketing teams.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design and build dashboards for reporting, customer targeting, market intelligence, and sales manager tools.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to assess business performance and identify opportunities in key markets.
- Manage the development of AI‑enabled platforms that improve efficiency in commercial processes.
- Partner with product marketing to identify target customers and optimize new product launch strategies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, data streams, and business processes.
- Create presentations, scorecards, and measurement tools to articulate strategy, validate metrics, and track execution and financial impact.
- Evaluate market potential, develop customer segmentation, and prioritize commercial opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 5–10 years of analytics, marketing, or commercial experience preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market environments, business strategies, and commercial initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable results.
- Broad business acumen with the ability to connect insights to strategic and financial implications.
- High energy and comfort working in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, AWS, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, R, Excel, and enterprise systems like J.D. Edwards preferred.
- Background in finance or marketing is beneficial, along with experience translating insights into actionable commercial guidance.
Estimated base salary: $112,000 - $154,000, plus discretionary bonuses and long‑term incentive.
LocationHybrid position based in Deerfield, IL.
