My client, a specialist aerospace manufacturing business are on the hunt for an Operations Logistics Supervisor!

Role and Responsibilities – Operations Logistics Supervisor
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of all logistics activities within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Other responsibilities include:

Lead, coach and performance manage a team of circa 8 logistics operatives.
Execute and oversee compliant domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and applicable UK and international export regulations.
Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Ensure ERP/MRP system transactions are accurate and timely.
  Experience or Qualifications – Operations Logistics Supervisor

ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent supervisory qualification)
IOSH Managing Safely
Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing logistics environment
Awareness of UK and US export control regulations (including ITAR/EAR principles)
