• Provide high-quality, patient-focused primary care for all ages.
• Perform minor procedures such as joint injections, biopsies, skin lesion removals, pap smears, and wound care.
• Offer telemedicine services as preferred.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain hospital credentialing at Mercy Health-Defiance Hospital.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for community-based care.
• Board Certification required.
• Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
• Strong procedural skills including suturing, I&Ds, and minor orthopedic treatments are a plus.
