Fulfillment Lead

Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of Park Ohio (NASDAQ:

PKOH), specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, and managing the physical flow of product for world‑class international manufacturing companies.

We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Lead to join our team.

• Supervise department staff and daily activities.
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Provide training for all permanent and temporary warehouse employees; communicate company policies, procedures, and facility work instructions.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries.
• Report relevant information and prepare necessary documentation.
• Maintain basic maintenance standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform a daily inspection of the department.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.

• Ability to operate and attain certification to safely operate powered equipment.
• Work safely at high levels.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand on your feet for a long duration.
• Must be able to operate a scale.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior warehouse lead or similar supervisory position experience.
