Location: Delano, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 DOE

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, financial reporting, and budgeting within a collaborative finance department. This is a high-visibility role where accuracy, accountability, and teamwork are highly valued.

This is more than a traditional accounting position. You’ll work closely with finance leadership while supporting reporting, operational accounting, and day-to-day financial oversight across multiple functions.

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll support general ledger activity, financial reporting, and month-end processes while assisting with reporting reviews and operational support. This role offers broad accounting exposure and the opportunity to contribute within a structured, team-oriented environment.

• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity

• Assist with financial statement preparation and budgeting reviews

• Support month-end reporting and audit preparation

• Review reporting and accounting coding for accuracy

• Assist accounting support staff and collaborate across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

• Strong experience with general ledger and month-end accounting

• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work within accounting systems

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

• Four-day workweek schedule
