Lead Business Development & Sales – Drive revenue by managing both new and existing customer relationships.
Guide Clients Through the Design Process – Ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Estimate & Negotiate – Develop accurate project estimates that align with company profit margins.
Oversee Project Pipelines – Manage backlog, in-progress, and completed projects while ensuring quality and profitability.
Foster Long-Term Customer Relationships – Conduct follow-ups at 30-day, 6-month, and one-year intervals.
Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with managers, subcontractors, and team members to align project execution with business goals.
Monitor Project Success – Perform weekly site visits to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Proven Sales & Leadership Experience – A bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and expertise.
Industry Knowledge – A background in landscape architecture, design, or the green industry is a plus.
Tech Savvy – Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Microsoft Office 365, and CRM/estimating platforms (Aspire ERP is a plus).
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – The ability to guide clients, manage expectations, and collaborate with teams.
A Commitment to Excellence – A results‑driven approach to planning, organizing, and achieving business goals.
