1st and 2nd Shift Packer

Job Overview

We are currently in need of a 1st shift packer in Delaware, OH! Pay is $15 to $16.75 per hour. Bilingual a plus!

• Assemble and label (if needed) a sufficient number of boxes from flat stock to pack the production from the next parent roll.
• Remove product from machine’s output area and place in boxes. (Certain products must be sealed in plastic before being placed in box.)
• Place box in tape machine.
• Place sealed boxes on pallet in prescribed pattern for stability.
• General site cleanup.
• Follow instructions given by machine operator.
• Assist with change of raw roll stock if needed.
• Immediately inform operator of any paper breaks or machine malfunction.
• Report quality issues to Machine Operator and/or Quality Control.
• Constantly adhere to company safety procedures.

• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
