Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
- Starting Pay: $30.00+/hour (Based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (Half paid at 90 days, half at 6 months)
- Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule (Work just half the year!) | Choice of Day (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Shift

Role OverviewIn this role, you will play a key part in keeping a high-speed manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. As an E&I Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's reliability, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our industrial electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues on diaper production lines and ancillary equipment using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software.
- Automation & Controls: Work hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems to support production.
- Maintain & Optimize: Perform routine, biweekly, and metered preventive maintenance (PM) to keep machinery running at peak performance.
- Install & Upgrade: Support electrical project work, new equipment installations, startups, and system improvements.
- Analyze & Document: Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and accurate work-order management. Maintain and update schematics and equipment documentation.

- Experience: 3+ years of electrical and mechanical manufacturing experience or equivalent education.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Experience with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms is required. - System Diagnostics: Ability to read and interpret electrical codes, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings to diagnose complex industrial systems.
- Environment Adaptation: Ability to perform effectively and troubleshoot safely in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping, including wearing required PPE (arc-flash gear, gloves, safety glasses).
- Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, work at heights/confined spaces, and lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for precise work with components, wiring, and instrumentation in an industrial environment (varying heat, noise, and moving equipment).
