Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the Midwest, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities & Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 25.00/hr to $33.00/hr

** Shift:
** 10p-8a Mon-Thurs

** What's the Job?*
* + Install molds, dies, or trimming devices into presses

+ Set-up and tear down related racks, boards, check fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment related to dies and presses

+ Inspect fixtures, tools, and gauges to ensure suitability for use

+ Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure quality parts

+ Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery as directed

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Four to six years of experience in industrial maintenance

+ Experience in equipment controls, PLC troubleshooting, industrial 480V 3-phase electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding

+ Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

+ Basic computer knowledge
