The Brief
You’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision, standards, and operating rhythm across social, creators, video, editing, and production. You’ll build teams that understand feeds, hooks, retention, and velocity—and can deliver massive organic reach day after day, not just at pitch time.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front: creatively, culturally, and operationally.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Creative Leadership
- Own the quality and consistency of social-first creative output across brands and creators.
- Set clear creative standards around hooks, pacing, retention, and platform-native craft.
- Move teams beyond one-off ideas into repeatable formats and scalable systems.
- Balance speed, volume, and quality without compromising performance.
Platform & Performance Mastery
- Deep understanding of how content actually travels on Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, You Tube, and Meta.
- Ability to turn one strong idea into dozens of high-performing executions.
- Ruthless focus on organic performance as a leading indicator of creative effectiveness.
- Use data and real-world results to guide creative decisions, not opinion alone.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary creative teams (writers, editors, creators, shoot-editors).
- Develop clear skill paths, expectations, and ownership across the creative floor.
- Hold leaders accountable for daily output, not just presentations.
- Create a culture where making is valued as highly as thinking.
Creator & Maker Mindset
- Strong grasp of creator ecosystems, UGC workflows, and talent-led storytelling.
- Ability to assess real creative ability beyond polished case studies.
- Actively uncover where senior creatives still make—side projects, outlets, feeds, or formats.
- Comfortable evaluating work in feeds, not decks.
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Confident senior presence with the ability to clearly articulate creative logic and platform thinking.
- Translate business objectives into social-first content systems that perform.
- Build trust through iteration, transparency, and results.

- Proven experience leading social-first creative teams at scale.
- Clear point of view on who is doing social brilliantly in India today—and why.
- Strong editing literacy: you can evaluate and elevate cuts, not just concepts.
- Track record of driving organic reach and engagement consistently, not occasionally.
- Comfort operating in high-volume, fast-feedback environments.
- Ability to turn creative thinking into systems, not one-offs.
