Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Delhi, starting March 2026.
As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you’ll work closely with our design, product, and engineering teams on building and improving web applications and dashboards.
You will be designing at scale, often working on products with 50–100+ screens, where consistency, clarity, and proficiency with tools are critical.

At Grub Pac, our team operates on structured contractual engagements that are reviewed periodically based on performance and contribution.
Responsibilities
- Design UI for web applications and dashboards
- Translate product requirements into structured interface solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity screens
- Build and maintain components and design consistency in Figma
- Collaborate with developers for smooth implementation
- Contribute to presentations, decks, and visual assets when required
- Participate in product discussions and feature planning
Requirements
We are not placing a strict cap on experience (freshers are welcome!), but this is a junior-level role, so we value strong fundamentals and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of UI principles (layout, spacing, hierarchy, grids)
- Working proficiency in Figma (components, Auto Layout, styles, structured files)
- Experience designing web apps, dashboards, or structured digital products
- Ability to clearly present and explain your design decisions
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
