We are looking for a skilled Coupa Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and hands-on experience in Coupa configuration, integrations, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Coupa modules (P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Coupa modules including requisitions, approvals, suppliers, catalogs, and invoicing.
- Work on Coupa integrations with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / S4 HANA).
- Perform testing (SIT/UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and solution documentation.
- Support data migration and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Coupa implementation/support.
- Hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, S/4
HANA).
- Knowledge of Coupa API / integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle.
- Experience in handling UAT and business users.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
