Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who will provide oversight and leadership to the Sales team, ensuring execution of all Sales and Marketing activities in the community. The role involves setting goals and enabling team members to reach their sales targets.
Responsibilities- Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of the community, and coach the sales team to improve tour effectiveness.
- Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date prospect database and track prospects in the approved system, holding team members accountable for required follow‑up contacts.
- Ensure leisure care sales ratios (inquiry‑to‑tour and tour‑to‑deposit) are met.
- Ensure all Leisure Care Sales and Marketing Department standards and benchmarks are met and exceeded.
- Excellent leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
- Ability to sell the community to prospective residents.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and problem‑solve.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and 3 years of progressive management experience.
- Ability to foster relationships in the senior living industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Base wage plus commission: 3–6% of move‑in costs. Monthly or quarterly bonus plan varies with occupancy.
