Provides skilled plumbing and mechanical work to repair and maintain plumbing systems in all City buildings and related appurtenances. Work is performed under general supervision.

• Knowledge of plumbing equipment, repairs, & replacement.
• Knowledge of high and low voltage controls.
• Ability to read plans.
• Electrical and mechanical skills required.
• Ability to perform manual labor as needed.

• High school graduation or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the plumbing trade or related field (a comparable combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications).

• Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s license with a good driving record.
